LONDON TRANSPORT has tended one-man bus opera to a further 13 routes, all ope ing in suburban areas. changes will mean 500 fe bus conductors in London bring the total o-m-o opera to 53 per cent of the fleet. Wt possible, the displaced conc tors are being transferred other garages or retrained drivers.
