EXPRESS parcel carriers have been advised by the RHA not to accept parcels addressed using the post codes only.
The RHA says that the use of the post codes without normal place names in the address leads to increased losses of parcels and that it could be disastrous.
The Association's express carriers group has warned that the use of codes could lead to conflict with the Post Office.
