NATIONAL Freight Corporation has appointed Mr John Farrant managing director of Southern BRS in succession to Mr Brian Hayward, now managing director of National Carriers.
Mr Farrant worked with the Bristol Omnibus Company before joining the BRS Federation where he served as a branch manager, district manager and as head of operations.
He joined Pickfords International in 1972 and is currently operations director of the NFC International Holdings Ltd.
