Primate is a primary coat and sealing emulsion providing an ideal base for all the Applied emulsion polishes particularly when treating semi-porous floor surfaces, such as thermoplastic, vinyl, vinyl asbestos, linoleum and rubber. Quick drying and a permanent hard brilliant gloss are features enhancing the shine of subsequent polishes.
