Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FROM Tuesday to Thursday of this week the third annual conference of the Public Transport Association was held at Eastbourne. Proceedings included the sixth annual general meeting, and two interesting and valuable papers were read at the Winter Garden. The first, presented on May 5, was by Mr. R. 1. H. Longman, M.Inst.T , managing director of Wilts and Dorset Motor Services, Ltd., and was entitled, "Musings on Management." The second, by Mr.

A. T. Priddle, director and joint general manager of C.A.V., Ltd., was "Recent Research on Fuel Injection and Electrical Equipment for Transport Vehicles."

As usual, the mobile photographic van of "The Commercial Motor" was in use, and many photographs of delegates were taken and later displayed. Portrait reproductions will appear in next week's issue of "The Commercial Motor."

The two papers are reviewed below.
