ANEW contract has been placed by Northern Ireland Road Transport with Leyland Motors, Ltd., for 200 Tiger single-deck buses., These will be powered by the company's 120 h.p. oil engine, and the batteries fitted will be of larger capacity than normal. Since the war, the Board has ordered more than 550 Leyland vehicles, mostly single-deck buses.
