been bought by parent company Isuzu Motors Japan. The move will also see MD Nikki King retire in August.
In 2004, King led a management buyout from previous parent RAC, with Isuzu Motors Japan retaining a 15% share in the lightand medium-weight manufacturer. She will remain involved in the company as a non-executive director after retirement.
Masayuki Murata will become chairman, dividing his time between the UK and Belgium where he will retain his role as chairman of Isuzu Europe. Deputy MD and operations director Bob Haughton has left the company.
