Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

wide-opening aperture for door-to-door deliveries (CM 31 January) and the need for more space and has, since the 2008 model year, pushed the A-pillar outwards, decreasing the screen rake. We're all getting a tad bigger thanks to bad diets and lack of exercise! The A-pillar is more straight up and down than the earlier cabin we used to sell from 1996 to 2008. This, combined with the 90° opening door and the better door aperture, has improved driver accessibility by adding internal space. Our cabin has only one grab handle, entry isn't difficult from either side and is low enough not to strain those 'toned' calf muscles.
