• Crane Fruehauf s parent company SESR has bought part of the Wilcox group's tipper manufacturing operation. Bodybuilder Wilcox-Seadyke, which has been in receivership since December, manufactures rigid and artic tippers at its Market Deeping site. This has been taken over by SESR. The new company will be called EM Wilcox. All 37 former Wilcox staff will be kept on and the company will compete with Crane Fruehauf. Colin Jones, SESR's finance director, is new managing director; former managing director Dan Thomson was made redundant by the receiver.
