• In CM 7-13 February we incorrectly reported that Leeds-based tipper operator Kenneth Moorhead had five vehicles cut from his 0Licence, when in fact he had two vehicles cut from the licence, leaving him with authority to operate 16 vehicles. We regret the error and apologise to Mr Moorhead for the embarrassment that we understand he has suffered as a result of this.
