• Parcels firm ANC is to put a revised agreement before its franchisees later this month, which would give the company greater central control over their operation.
The proposal includes a share option and a central billing arrangement, which is already used by some recently appointed franchisees, Details of investment in ANC's Stoke hub, which have been on the cards for at least two years, are also expected to be presented at the meeting. These include money for new tracking and handling equipment at the site.
