• The use of a prohibited vehicle and the use of both his vehicles without valid test certificates has led to K J Fowler trading as Lancing Demolition having his licence revoked. He has also been banned from holding an operating licence for five years by South Eastern Licencing Authority Michael Turner.

Evidence was given that immediate prohibitions had been imposed on both vehicles and Fowler had later been seen using one of them. He was subsequently convicted of using a vehicle while prohibited, using both vehicles without test certificates and permitting an employee to commit the same offence.
