The Devon Farmers Union has asked the Devon Comity Council to amend the existing by-law by subetituting 18 months for 12 as the age up to which hulls may be driven or Ted inany street or public place without being. secured by a staff attached to a ring through the bull's nose. The General. Purposes Committee of the County Council recommends that the age should be limited to 15 months. ;
