West-Yorkshire haulier James Wilby has bought two new Dafs: a 220hp CF65 18-tonner with a sleeper cab and a 28ft flatbed body, built and fitted by Micra Truck Bodies of Wakefield; and a 460hp, 6x2 XF105 equipped with Daf’s 12-speed manual gearbox. Operating UK-wide, both trucks will cover around 130,000km annually and will remain in service between seven and eight years on the Dewsbury firm’s 35-strong fleet.
