● Hill Top Transport, which is based in West Bromwich, will attend a public inquiry on 19 June, when disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be considered.
● A hearing on 26 June will look at disciplinary action against WJ Howard Transport (Branston), based in Burtonon-Trent. At the same hearing the repute of the transport manager will also be considered.
● An inquiry on 2 July will look at disciplinary action against Oldbury-based BS Transport.
● On 3 July, a PI will look at disciplinary action against PK Transport, based in Kingswinford. The transport manager’s repute will also be considered.
● Disciplinary action against Brierley Hill-based MJM Transport Services will be discussed at an inquiry on 3 July. At the same inquiry the repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
Bristol
● Crossways Transport (International), based in Hook, will submit a new application at a public inquiry to be held on 7 June.
● At an inquiry on 18 June, the TC will look at disciplinary action against Steve Wills Haulage, based in Looe, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
