• The big Scottish Bus Group sell-off is now underway.

SGB, which is owned by the Scottish Transport Group, has sold Lowland Scottish to its management and employees, in line with a recommendation from the Secretary of State for Scotland. Lowland Scottish is the first of the 10 companies earmarked for disposal in the privatisation of SBG.
