Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

downturn in the amount of traffic using the roads in and around Basingstoke over the past week. This downturn has, of course, coincided with the school half term holidays.

Using the disjointed logic of the Green party, or some of our misinformed parliamentarians, perhaps we should suggest that schools only operate during the hours of darkness so that we in the transport industry, together with our company cars, can operate more efficiently.
