• Metalair has developed a non-tipper tanker which is one tonne lighter than its predecessor, but offers greater capacity. The company has also developed a Computer Aided Design aeration system which allows a discharge rate of over two tonnes/minute. It plans to introduce an automatic welding plant at its Sutton Bridge works this summer.
