Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ford is strongly considering a massive swap from rail to road in the carriage of its car and truck components, but it is still not clear if UK hauliers will benefit from the bonanza.

It is reported that around a third of Ford of Europe's inter-factory movement of corn ponents on the Continent and in the UK is to be moved by road with the help of specially designed supercuhe trailers.

Ford says that the rail-toroad changes will be felt most on the Continent. In the UK, Ford's own 500 vehicles and UK hauliers may he sharing the work.
