The BT LB40 bridge plate is made from welded-steel pressings giving it a high capacity/weight ratio capable of withstanding a front axle loading of up to 4, 000kg (8,800Ib). A pair of nylon wheels and a combined lifting and manoeuvring handle allow the bridge plate to be easily and accurately positioned by one man.
