Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Atlas Express Ltd. opened a new depot at Blackditch Farm, Stanton Harcourt, near Oxford, on Wednesday. Although built to the Atlas specification, the new depot is leased by Bury's Transport (Oxon) Ltd. which also provides and maintains seven of the nine vehicles operated.

The lay-out of the premises follows a general pattern of other Atlas depots at Manchester, Glasgow, Nottingham, Birstall, Birmingham and Dunstable. The basic design is "T"-shaped, with the offices at the head and a covered bank of 4,000 sq.ft. forming the tail. There is ample room for lengthening the loading dock if necessary.

The new Stanton Harcourt depot replaces a smaller one nearby. It will continue to provide collection and delivery services in Oxfordshire, South Berkshire, Swindon and part of Buckinghamshire. Trunk links connect with the rest of the Atlas national network and its international express air/sea systems.

Mr. John Bury, managing director of Bury's, offered part of his own premises and vehicle capacity to help Atlas solve local problems in 1959. The close friendship and co-operation then initiated has continued ever since and this new project provides a further extension of the wide transport coverage offered by these two companies from Stanton Harcourt.
