Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

lated bus referred to on page 43 of our May 17 issue is to be produced by Berliet as a result of a licensing agreement between that company and the Italian concern, Officine Viberti. The formal document confirming the agreement is expected to be signed very shortly by M. Paul Berliet, chairman and president of Automobiles M. Berliet and Dr. Giuseppe Nalli, managing director and president of Officine Viberti. A prototype was completed in the Viberti works earlier this year for the attachment of bodywork by Berliet in their Venissieux, Lyon, factory, and it is understood that future vehicles will have articulated platforms and trailing sections manufactured by Viberti, the rest of the vehicle to be of French make. Of the 180 passengers which can be carried, 46 can be seated.

Italian-built models include examples based on Fiat 410 chassis, with Viberti bodywork, and 74-seat trailer.
