Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PALLETFORCE IS ADDING two more names to its UK distribution network after doubling the size of its central hub for the second time in IS months.

Both Horley Services Group in Redhil ',Surrey, and Suffolk-based Debach Enterprises previously worked for rival pallet networks.

Palletforce says its network now boasts 85 depots and more than 3,000 vehicles.

The new recruits say the quality of the Palletforce service was a factor in their decision to ditch their previous networks: Horley was with Pal letw-ays and Debach

delivered for Fortec and UK Pallets.

Bee Kemball, Debach's deputy MD, boasted about the improved service offered by Palletforce: "All the service level KPIs [key performance indicators] are better than the two previous networks that we worked for."

Ian Mays, M.D of Horley, adds: We were impressed by Palletforce's shareholder membership structure, which allows members to have a greater involvement in the overall operation of the network." Palletforce says the acquisition of two adjacent ware houses means

that its central hub in Lichfield, Staffordshire, will increase in size from 11,000m2 to 20,480m.

The tirst warehouse will be operational this month (July) and the second by October.
