Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ATS IS PLANNING to launch a dedicated national tyre breakdown service for the road transport sector within the next two months, according to ATS Euromaster managing director Nick Gregg.

"The new service is similar to that offered by the AA and RAC for cars, but we're dealing with truck tyres," he told Commercial Motor. "We'll have a dedicated team of 250 people employed on a three-shift system, with a fleet of purpose-specced vans on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our aim is to become much more efficient and be capable of getting vehicles moving again after a tyre failure.

While not wishing to guarantee response or turn around times. Gregg is aiming for the response teams to get to the job within two hours and then fix the problem in an hour."! won't be issuing guarantees that we can meet those times every time, there's far too much congestion and other unpredictable events for me to be held to that," he says. "We've recognised that mobility is one of the main elements of a successful transport operation and fast breakdown response is key to maximising that mobility."
