• Waste disposal contractors have slammed Aberdeen City Council after it redrafted tender documents for its .lent, fiveyear street cleaning and refuse collection contract in the middle of bidding.
Four contractors get a second chance to bid for the council's street cleaning and refuse collection contract. Bids for the contract, which was due to begin on 1 August, were received last March but councillors decided the tender documents needed "strengthening".
