CHANGES IN FEES • Fees for ordinary driving licences will rise on 1 November. The cost of a first driving licence will increase £2 to £17.
The fee for exchanging a full Northern Ireland licence for a full British licence is to be reduced from £15 to £5; and a new £5 charge is to be introduced for the re-issuing of licences to drivers disqualified on or after 1 November.
