CODE OF PRACTICE • An approved code of practice for labelling and classifying dangerous substances has been published by the Health and Safety Commission.
The publication is aimed at suppliers and gives practical guidance on the Notifications of New Substances Regulations of 1982 and the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations of 1984.
