Harold Wilson, has been bought by South Yorkshire Transport and all its 19 employees were transferred to SYT on 27 June.
Premier's 13 vehicles have joined SYT's fleet of 900. They will be used to expand its Doncaster operation. Premier operates two services in the Doncaster area: one in conjunction with SYT on the Doncaster to Moorends services, and the Doncaster to Goole service. SYT says these services will continue "indefinitely".
Premier vehicles are still sporting their blue and cream livery, but will eventually join the red and chestnut liveries of SYT.
