• Vauxhall, which has taken over the marketing of all Bedford commercial vehicles, has brought out a variety of accessories for the 1988 Midi Van, ranging from nudge bars to roof racks.
For operators who have different storage needs, a sliding binning and racking kit is available which acts as a centre section in the van, fitted with wire baskets and spigots. A sliding platform is also available to ease the transport of heavy or fragile items. A quickly removable, strong, plywood floor slides out to accommodate up to 400kg.
A rear window guard, made from fully welded mesh and coated in white plastic can be fitted inside the vehicle acting as a visible theft deterrent.
