Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RENAULT Truck Industries is opening its first new commercial vehicle main dealership since the company changed its name from Karrier Motors (CM June 23).

The new dealership, Birmingham Trucks Ltd, will offer the full range of commercial vehicle sales and service facilities to operators in the Birmingham city and suburban area.

It is located at 292 Wharfdale Road, Tyseley, Birmingham and takes over the franchise previously held by George Heath Motors. This was a joint car and commercial vehicle dealership owned by the Talbot Motor Co and established at a time when the car and commercial vehicle companies were jointly owned.

The new, truck only, dealership was opened on July 2.

The new facility is equipped to service vehicles from a 3.5 tonne Dodge van to a 38 tonne Renault tractive unit.
