Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE LATEST issue (No 14) of "Dunlop Usercare" — now available — advises the conditions of the Motor Vehicles (Variations Of Speed Limits) Regulations 1984, which became effective from 23 March, 1984.

Usercare No 14 details these new regulations, breach of which carries penalties of up to £500 and disqualification.

The publication advises the new speed limits on roads and speed limits on various vehicles, from private cars and cars towing trailers, through light goods vehicles, hgvs and works trucks.

Usercare No 14 also advises the recent changes in tyre sidewall load and speed markings for light and heavy vehicles. This is to assist operators when making comparisons between tubed tyre and tubeless tyre sizes in the light vehicle range and between the old size and new size markings on heavy vehicle tyres.
