The Mastiff, an engine-driven welding unit providing an output of 15 to 200amps ac at 540 Hz has been added to the Max Arc' range. Powered by a singlecylinder air-cooled petrol engine, the unit is supplied complete with auxiliary output providing 4000W at 110 or 220V dc and is suitable for portable drills, lights, etc.
The engine and alternator are flange coupled and both are mounted in a tubular frame.
