The Moseley wheel washer can accommodate single or tandem axles at one wash; wheels rotate on a set of rollers while water is pumped under pressure through jets between the rollers. Stones and grit are washed through grids fore and aft of the roller assembly. Channel-section members prevent the vehicle sliding sideways during cleaning and the rollers are held by hydraulically operated disc brakes for loading /unloading.
