Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RILY developed by the Drum PRIEtneering Co. Ltd., of Bradford, for road tankers, two hydraulically controlled high-speed fluid discharge systems —both of which can be fitted at the same time on a tractive unit—should enable operators to achieve faster turnround.

One hydraulic system (mounted immediately behind the cab) incorporates a compressor for pressure discharge work, while the other (mounted at the tail end of the tractive unit) is equipped with a cargo unloading pump. With the latter system discharge rates of up to 200 g.p.m. can be obtained.

Both systems are served by a common hydraulic power source, although each can be operated independently of the other. To facilitate this feature each system incorporates a number of Vickers-Detroit hydraulic units, and a type 25M hydraulic motor.
