Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW bus and coach inquiry office has just been opened in Portmadoc, North Wales by Crosville Motor Services Ltd. Rail bookings will also be dealt with and the new office combines a waiting-room and travel agency and effective publicity display with a cashing-in room and small office for the one-man drivers who operate from Crosville's Portmadoc outstation.

Designed by the company architect, Mr. B. Jepson and built by the Company's engineering buildings department at Chester, the office was prefabricated and transported to Portmadoc (some 85 miles) for final construction work. It is conveniently located near the main bus and coach departure points in the High Street.

The office replaces premises a short distance away which were old and unimpressive and the official opening was performed by Councillor R. J. Williams, Chairman of Portmadoc UDC with fellow councillors and officials, supported by Mr. Bernard Griffiths, company chairman, directors and senior management of the Crosville company.

One-man operation is almost universal in this area of North Wales, and the depot at Portmadoc was closed in September 1965 when the Pwllheli depot enlarged its sphere of influence to Criccieth and Portmadoc on an outstation basis.
