ANXIOUS to exploit the regulations permitting vehicles of 3D ft. overall length, and unable to acquire early delivery of chassis, Don Everali, Ltd., Wolverhampton, adapted in its own workshops two A.E.C. chassis to take 30-ft. bodies. FMK additional seats have been fitted, making 37 in all, and the body is 8 ft. wide. Delivery of A.E.C. Regal Mk. IV underfloorengined coach chassis is expected shortly, and seats for 43 passengers will be provided in these vehicles.
The concern has recently been granted permission by the West Midland Licensing Authority to run an express coach service from Darlaston to Weymouth on Saturdays in July and August.
