Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

By now I expect roost people's Christmas trees are looking very sad, left by the dustbin, all brown and devoid of needles. But in the runup to the festive season Macclesfield council were faced with the prickly task of erecting 16 fully grown fir trees at various sites throughout the borough. Luckily for them help was at hand: Mercedes-Benz lent the council its Unimog U2150L/38 Pole Erection Package. Using its hydraulically operated crane, the Unimog collected the trees from a nearby forest and distributed them to sites including Macclesfield market place, which had a 25ft foot tree as its centrepiece. Dave Gosling of the Borough Council was very pleased with the operation: "We are very grateful to Mercedes-Benz for lending us this vehicle—it's ideal For the task."
