Alan Roberts (the middle gringo) and director of Modplan of Abercarn, Wales, was taking delivery of a brand new Atego from Euro Commercials. His other two compadres were Robert 1\ilanchip (left) and Gareth Edwards (right), respectively sales director and director of Euro Commercials. Modplan has been manufacturing and supplying windows and conservatories in the UK and Ireland for over 20 years. Now Alan has plenty to sing about because he has won first prize in the Mercedes-Benz launch draw— £2,500 in holiday vouchers, which he is going to spend on a family holiday in Mexico. The Hawk once spent a week in Mexico on a press jolly where he was involved in a somewhat embarrassing incident concerning a worm in a bottle. Suffice to say he hasn't been able to look at a tequila again.
