Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A ll too many sick and disabled people never get to see outside the four walls of their OWN homes. The ACROSS Trust is a charftable organisation that exists to realise the dreams of sick and disabled people who wish to travel by offering accompanied holidays and pilgrimages. The trust has a fleet of 13 "Jumbolances": ambulance-coaches specially built by Van Hoof The fleet includes four 18m articulated Alligators which appear in the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest ambulances in the world. The imbalances are lefthookers; the extra high saloon on the left hand side is fitted with two tiers of ambulance beds, each with an individual side window. On the right hand side there are reclining seats for medical staff and helpers. To celebrate its Silver Jubilee the ACROSS Trust has begun a programme to replace its fleet. A new Van fool Acron T9 has already been delivered, equipped with eight ambulance beds, four sleeper seats and 14 reclining seats. The Trust has also taken delivery of a purpose built EOS 80 midicoach lumbolance. All this is made possible by donations to the trust, the selfless actions of the volunteer helpers and, of course, the ACROSS Trust drivers.
