Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

in England and Wales is likely following this week's announcement by the Milk Marketing Board that Milk Marque is to be the new name of the co-operative formed as an alternative to the MMB.

Details have not been finalised, but as the sale of milk by producers will no longer be restricted after next year, some large dairy products manufacturers are expected to source from nearby farmers, which could mean fresh haulage opportunities for local operators.

Transport requirements for Milk Marque are currently being evaluated.

Similar co-operatives are expected to be introduced to replace the MMBs which operate in Scotland.

Any changes to the Milk Marketing Board structure will affect £100m of distribution contracts held by the 40 hauliers which carry 11 billion litres of milk every year.
