PETTIT Sir Daniel Pettit, the former chairman of the National
Freight Company, has been appointed by Tibbett and Britten as chairman of RDC Properties, the joint venture company Tibbett and Britten rwis with Investors in Industry, Peter Willcock and David Cartledge have also joined the board. RDC Properties was established in May 1987 to finance regional distribution centres for Marks and Spencer.
