FRASER/POINTON/ SMEETON Colin Fraser has become managing director of Ocean Transport & Trading's newlyformed warehousing and distribution division. He joins the company from the Grand Metropolitan Group.
Harry Pointon, previously responsible for Ocean's warehousing, distribution and vehicle-servicing interests, now takes over as managing director of the energy and vehicle services division. In addition to running the largest Bandag (tyre retreading) franchise in the world, his new responsibilities will include fuel distribution and overseas trading activities.
Hundrey Smeeton, previously responsible for Ocean's energy businesses, will now concentrate on developing its environmental services division as managing director.
