April 1988 all drivers transporting dangerous substances in packages and drums which are subject to the latest Road Traffic (Carriage of Dangerous Substances in Packages) regulations must have undergone formal training so that they will know what to do in an emergency.
EP Training Services of Esher, Surrey is conducting a series of RHA, RTITB and CIA-approved 'Hazpack' courses. The one-day sessions will be held at Esher (12-17 January); Reading, Berks (14 January); Enstone, Oxon (1 February) and Northampton (30 March).
