Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

which is claimed to enable transport managers to cut costs, improve security and increase their efficiency in fuel management and usage, has been introduced by Monitronix Services of Frame, Somerset (0373-62994).

The FM2500 provides data on the time, date and quantities of fuel drawn by each driver and is also designed to operate around an accounting (or totalising) period specified by the user. It continually updates its totals for all drivers and vehicles drawing fuel, and allows a printout to be produced at any time of the "period totals to date". Tank stock balances can also be automatically maintained by the Monitronix system.

Each FM2500 allows fuel management data to be transferred to a personal computer. It offers a wide choice of different operating methods, including insertion of magneticallyencoded cards, and/or plastic keys, and numerical or alphanumeric keypad entries, to ensure that fuel is only drawn by authorised personnel.

Drivers and vehicles can be "locked out" of the system if a wrong security code is used a specified number of times.
