• Energas, the industrial gas supplier, has added a brace of ERF El() trucks to its fleet.
One of them, an EIO 4x2 sleeper cab tractive unit with a Cummins LTA10-290 engine, will be used to haul liquid gas tank semi-trailers throughout the UK and Europe. The other is an LTA10-250 rigid chassis which can either be used as a solo outfit for local bottled gas deliveries, or as a drawbar unit with a two-axle trailer delivering gas to Energas depots Both trucks will be based at the company's recently-opened distribution centre in Derby.
