Pickfords Now Control Dutch Haulier

DICKFORDS Ltd. have acquired a 75 per cent L holding in P. F. Boers International Transportbedrijf N.Y., of Munster, near Amsterdam. Boers have for a long time been associated with Westfield Transport Ltd., now a Pickfords' subsidiary. It specializes in movement and installation of textile machinery for British exporters throughout Europe.

The directors of the company will be: Mr, W. Partington, chief heavy haulage manager, Pickfords; Mr. R. D. Mason, manager, Westfield Transport; Mr. C. P. Gormley, chief accountant, Pickfords; and Mr. J. Sloof, of Boers.
