L'INES each of £3 were imposed on I 13 convictions of breaches of Blicence conditions by William Bradley and Co. (Coal and Transport), Ltd.. Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, by Sheffield magistrates last week. Fifty-seven other offences were taken into account and the company had to pay £10 10s. costs.
A fine of 13 was imposed on them for failing to cause current records to be kept.
Mr. A. B. Thorneloe, for the defendants, said that there had been a misunderstanding about the conditions. The company had not tried to conceal the breaches.
