Scottish and North Eastern traffic areas Glasgow • A PI on 13 February will look at disciplinary action against Murchie Sand and Gravel, based on the Isle of Arran.
Edinburgh • Glasgow-based Cumbernauld Plant and Tool Hire will submit an application at a PI on 8 February. The TO will also look at disciplinary action.
• The TO will consider disciplinary action against Stephen William Rodger, based in Glasgow, at a hearing on 14 February.
• A PI on 15 February will discuss disciplinary action against Kirkaldy-based Wing Fung Cash and Carry. The TO will also look at disciplinary action against Wing Fung Trading. Wing Fung (Fife) will make a new application.
• Disciplinary action against Stranraer-based Alex Scott and Son will be looked at on 20 February.
