with Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council, thought to be worth in the region of £100,000, to supply a Leyland Roadrunner fitted with a Dobson Clearlift demount system.
The vehicle will be used by the Council's wholly owned uPVC window and door manufacturing company, BCBD Windows and Doors.
BCBD will use three demountable bodies with the Roadrunner, so that at any one time, one box body is on the road while the other two are being loaded.
BRS Northern will provide all maintenance for the vehicle. It is the company's first contract hire agreement with the Council.
