Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CIIn February I purchased a secondhand 3k tonne tractor unit from a dealer. It had low mileage on it and before I made th decision I spoke with the previous owner who said i was an excellent wagon. Six weeks after buying it 1 started to get trouble, eventually culminating in an engine rebuild. I spoke again to the previous own er who then told me that when he had the vehicle 1 had had the engine rebuil four times by three different dealers. He eventual] threatened action against the dealer, who replaced vehicle, he had been by the dealer to keep mouth shut. Now the icle has been repossesbecause I stopped ing the lease company. It sounds like collusion and if you can prove it should report the matter our local trading standards :e which should take action er the Sale of Goods Act. au should be able to prove ages for loss of earnings insist on a replacement de. Where you have gone ng is in stopping the lease Tients. The lease is a diffe: transaction and repossesis their only recourse unyou had previously end their help. Many owner ers do stop paying when r have problems but that is worst course of action.
